Frost it Pink will not be liable for non-delivery, stolen items, items damaged due to shipping, lost items, wrong address given at the time of order, or other delivery issues beyond our control. If you would like shipping insurance please e-mail us at frostitpink@yahoo.com for more information.
All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Orders will ship within 2-4 business days of placing your order. On occasion when shipping will be longer than 2-4 business days, we will communicate with you if we estimate shipping time to be extended. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to reach you. Your order will be packed with utmost care to ensure that your items arrive in excellent condition.

International shipping:
We are willing to ship orders internationally. Please contact us before or after placing your order. We will then determine the ACTUAL shipping cost and you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping. Once you have sent the additional shipping fee to us via paypal, we will then ship your package.
